Pond Planter

I just put a larger pump and filter in my pond about 100 gallon. The water is brown. How long before it disappears?
There are 3 and 5 goldfish plants there and the pond itself has been in place for about three weeks. I thought the brown was from soil from the plants, but I took all the precautions suggested keeping the soil intact in planters. T he just take time to fix everything?
You may be filtering too so that you keep the water moving too much, try to slow the pump to the bottom and adding a few more plants to filter the light when the water settles it will be a light brown

not like a stick they sell in stores, I have some bamboo that grows in my yard and I cut a small branch and put in water. whats gonna happen?? and the branch is literally a twig. is like a thinner pencil.
No, it wont, but the sticks they sell in stores are not bamboo anyway, they are a species of dracaena.

What is the best support i can use to make new car battery in shape and stay in one place?
I bought a new battery for my Mazda car #, and is slightly shorter than the old one and does not add to 100% in the space (this which is not flexible type), allowing it to go back and forth. What can I use to make the battery stay in one place? Is it a piece of PVC plastic or OK, which can cause problems with the battery? My car is a Mazda 3 2007 model if that helps any way.
