The annual ceiling for Level 1 and Level 2 visa applications
Tier 1
Tier 1 (General) route will be closed.
The Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) road will be reformed to make it more attractive. UKBA will introduce flexibility and create a new avenue for promising start-up companies that do not meet investment thresholds UKBA.
Level 1 (Investor) road will also be reformed to provide a fast track to the settlement, according to the level of investment.
Level 1 (Entrepreneur) and Tier 1 (Investor) roads will not be subject to a limit on the number.
A Level 1 course for people of exceptional talent will be established. This will cover migrants who have gained international recognition in the scientific and cultural fields, or who have exceptional potential sufficient to receive such recognition in the future. Applications by those who have exceptional potential will be approved by a competent body in the field. The "exceptional talent category" shall be subject to a limit of 1,000 places. Tier 2 will continue to be open to migrants working in these areas.
More details will be published as soon as possible.
Level 2
Level 2 (General) route will be subject to limit of 20,700 seats for 2011/12.
This limit does not apply to:
- Country applications from those already UK;
- Dependants of migrants Level 2;
- Level 2 (General) applicants responding to a post with a salary of over £ 150 000;
- Tier 2 (Sports) candidates;
- Level 2 (minister of religion) a candidate
- Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) candidates.
Tier 2 (Intra-company transfer) candidates in the sub-category of school staff will be able to stay in the United Kingdom for up to 5 years if they are paid more than £ 40,000 a year, those who are paid between £ 24,000 and £ 40,000 will be able to enter for a maximum of 12 months within a specified period.
The current rules continue to apply to Level 2 (Intra-company transfer) migrants in interns and graduates' skills transfer subcategories.
Level 2 (general) applications will be restricted to vacancies graduate level. The Migration Advisory Committee to advise us on this that must be considered as higher level jobs, and we will amend the list of shortage occupations accordingly. Existing category 2 (General) migrants in jobs below the level will be able to extend their residence permit if they meet the current requirements.

Applications for certificates of sponsorship, where the limit applies, be considered on a monthly basis. If the monthly allowance is subscribed, applications will be classified according to:
- occupations in shortage in the first proceeding;
- if the job requires higher skills and university
- salary.
Potential workers who are granted a certificate of sponsorship will be 3 months to apply for a visa.
Regulation
From April 2011:
- It will threshold new crime, requiring the application of all candidates for the regulation is clear convictions unspent.
- Qualified and highly skilled migrants will have to meet the criteria prevailing wage during the last extension of their residence permit.
- Qualified and highly skilled migrants will be required to pass the "Life in the UK" test before obtaining the settlement.
For those entering in category 1 or Tier 2 points based system after April 2011:
- UKBA will stop our current policy of granting Other residence permits to those who fail the requirement of knowledge of life.
- UKBA will cap level 2 (intra-company transfer) Road to five years.

Fascinating Gardens Mohali
Mohali is the capital of Punjab, near Chandigarh. It was named after the eldest son Guru Gobind Singh called SAS Nagar Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar or. Mohali continuously develop its priceless attractions, including fascinating gardens Mohali.
Mohali is the 18th district of Punjab, India, near Chandigarh. It is located west of Chandigarh, in Rupnagar district in the north and Fategarh Sahib and Patiala in the south. Rapid urban growth and the attractions of the city has made local and foreign visitors land praise the majestic gardens of Mohali.

Pinjore Garden
Pinjore Gardens is also called the Yadavindra Gardens. It is one of the most popular stations located at the foot of Shiwalik beaches. Pinjore is a religious and historical antique located 20 kilometers from Chandigarh and 14 km from Panchkula. Pinjore houses a Japanese garden, mini zoo, nursery, guest houses, picnic lawns and beautiful Mughal gardens.
Pinjore was associated with the five Pandava brothers of the epic Mahabharata. People believed that the Pandavas stayed in this place during their exile. Pinjore door today some pictures of the past.
Baisakhi or Spring Festival takes place in Yadavindra Gardens in April. In addition, programs for the Mango Festival are arranged in June and July. The gardens are sheltered walks with a cool atmosphere. Fountains are lit and the lights illuminate the place at night on weekends. End structure door is like a hard one outdoor theater. The garden was designed by architect Nawab Khan Fadai Khalq, the foster brother of Emperor Aurangzeb. The garden was built on a classic pattern with a waterway Charbagh central Sheesh Mahal or the Glass Palace, Rang Mahal and Jal Mahal (Water Palace). Pinjore garden was restored by Maharaja Yadavindra Singh of Patiala.
Rose Garden
Rose Garden is one of the largest gardens in Asia with thousands of species increased. It was named after the former President of India, Zakir Hussain. The garden began Last 1967 under the leadership of Dr MS Randhawa, Chandigarh's first Chief Commissioner.
On 30 acres contains over 17,000 plants with 1,600 and 50,000 pink roses. Some of its varieties and hybrids are very rare. It also consists of medicinal trees like Harar, beautiful, Bahera, Gulmohar and yellow. The rose garden is a popular venue for the annual festival which is celebrated has increased with more than 20,000 visitors. It takes place during late February or early March. There are contests, competitions, stalls and cultural performances that delight tourists.
Rock Garden
Rock Garden is a beautiful work of sculpture in Sector 1, Chandigarh. The forty acres of land located between the Capitol Complex and Sukhna Lake. The foundation held by Nek Chand, Inspector Highway Engineering Department Chandigarh.
This garden is unique because of its objets d'art made by municipal and industrial waste. He uses discarded fluorescent tubes, auto parts broken china, fenders, handlebars, bracelets of broken glass and clay construction, coal and waste. Materials discarded was used to create sculptures of soldiers, palaces, temples, women, monkeys and village life.
The garden showcases Rock Outdoor and showroom are separated by tunnels, towers, towers and gateways. It is also reinforced with pools, waterfalls and a theater. The garden was managed by the Rock Garden Society and even appeared on the stamp of India in 1983.

Should I change my filter and waterfall pond now its winter?
